They came by earlier today and offered to do a free gutter cleaning service! We had our shingles replaced by them a long while back, I want to say 2017 or so, and remembered us after all those years just to give a free gutter cleaning. This was not in exchange for a nice review, or in exchange for an advertisement, or any exchange really, entirely out of the kindness of the company. Also did a great job on those shingles no issues and look beautiful to this day 10/10 I'm so glad they remembered us!

Certified Roofing Services Portland (CRS) did a great job for us on our large 3600 sqft re-roofing project. They removed two layers of old roofing and several panels of rotted wood decking and underlayment and replaced it with all new decking, underlayment and shingles. They were also able to replace trim, repaint the wood, and install new gutter guards. They had four guys, including the owner working non-stop for 5 days. They left the site clean at the end of each work day. No sales people to deal with because you're dealing directly with the owner operator. Fernando takes pride in his work and knows the made in Oregon Malarkey shingle product very well. Prior to selecting them, I consulted with two other shingle companies with good reputations. They used similar products but wanted to charge between $10,000 to $30,000 more than Fernando. I spoke directly to the shingle manufacturer, who spoke highly of Fernando's workmanship. This is a great family owned, honest and hardworking business you can trust.

We had Certified Roofing Services replace our roof in Southwest Portland this year and they were great to work with. I had some specific options and upgrades I wanted to have done(better shingles, extra waterproofing, etc). I discussed these with each contractor I got bids from and Certified Roofing Services was the only one to include this in the quote up front, and the total at the end was exactly what they bid. Very prompt with the initial appointment and quote, scheduled the job quickly when we were ready to move forward, and they did a great job. I've since referred them to a number of friends and neighbors. Fernando was especially friendly and great to work with.

The team with Certified Roofing Services did an amazing job with our new roof. They responded quickly with the first appointment for an estimate. I got a great overview of the options for materials and any necessary upgrades. The estimate came in soon after and we moved forward with the project. Installation was smooth taking as long as predicted finishing just 12 hours before a half an inch of rain hit. I would highly recommend CRS!

We just replaced our roof and had a great experience with CRS after they were recommended by a family member. We received bids from a couple companies and decided to go with CRS based on recommendations, cost and quality we've seen first-hand. I can't say enough good stuff about our experience with CRS. Fernando and his team met all of their commitments and did a great job on the roof (removal, underlayment, vents, trim and clean-up). Also great communication before, during and after the install. Fernando, with Certified Roofing Services (CRS), came highly recommended to me by two different friends. Fernando was prompt in coming to my home and giving me a quote. He explained the steps he would take and materials he would use for this project to give me a 50 yr roof.
He was professional and quite knowledgeable.

He is very busy yet the company fit me in within a few days, since all i needed was a small area fixed. Fernando was meticulous in fixing my roof. He is honest and definitely takes pride in his work.

In the weeks prior to my roofing job, my neighbors on both sides received new roofs. CRS provided a much better quality roof for me than what the other roofing companies provided my neighbors. Fernando doesn't cut corners.

I highly recommend CRSs to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement. He will give you an honest price for top quality workmanship. About a week after completing the repair, I received my 50 year warranty. You won’t go wrong with this company.

Fernando just got done patching two unused vent holes in my roof. He was super nice and showed me what he was doing, because I like to learn these things. The patches blend in perfectly; I can't even find where the vents used to be. Also, his patches are the strongest part of my roof now!!!

Certified Roofing Services is a fantastic roofing company. Fernando came to give us an estimate on our 19 year old roof. He gave us a reasonable and fair quote. Fernanado seeing my mother is elderly offered to nail back the gutters that has almost fallen down in addition to the replacement of the roof. His team showed up on time and finished the work earlier than expected. He provided excellent quality materials and the roof looked beautiful after the work was completed. Even our neighbor said that our new roof looks really nice. I would highly recommend Certified Roofing Services to my family and friends.

If your home needs a new roof, look no further than CRS. Fernando Carlos was my project manager and worked on my roof along with his talented team. I knew that I didn’t have an easy roof to begin with, a bungalow style home with multiple faces and 3 dormer windows. Fernando was so thorough in his initial overview on the project and noted he would be there to work on the roof with his team.

The team started and every step of the way Fernando shared progress each day and findings that neither of us expected. The previous owner had cut corners and used 1/4 inch plywood on the roof and not the standard 3/4. Fernando gave me the option to cover as it was, and the option to do it proper with the cost of new wood. I opted to do it right and was so appreciative of his expertise and the options he gave in case I couldn’t go the route that was recommended. Fernando did a beautiful job on my roof, was so wonderful to work with.I loved hearing his laughter and how he worked with his team daily. You can tell that he takes pride in his craftsmanship and supports those he works with.

Fernando recommended a siding and painting contractor to help with other updates from the project and now that all work is complete, he came back this afternoon to reapply screens I had to keep squirrels out and power washed my gutters and sidewalks to make the house sparkle with the beautiful new roof. He’s truly gone above and beyond.

I can’t thank Fernando and the CRS team enough for their work and dedication. I am so happy with the new roof and greatly appreciate their attention to detail and the handwork they put into this project.
